My first Women Crush Wednesday had to be the amazingly beautiful Eliza Dushku. Eliza is most known for her rolls as Faith in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Echo in Dollhouse. To be honest, she gets more beautiful with age, and attached to that beauty is a beautiful soul to go along with it. She is always making time out for her fans and attends Conventions for autographs and even question and answer sessions.
One of the coolest things about Eliza is that she is also involved in charity work, especially through THRIVEGulu. THRIVEGulu is a non-profit organization that operates a center for community gathering in Gulu (Africa) to support the emotional healing and rehabilitation of trauma victims of the Ugandan civil war through educational programs. Eliza has been to Gulu multiple times, and actually just returned from there a few short days ago.
She is also proud of her Albanian heritage and has been to Albania on several occasions to just visit or to be an ambassador. In short, Eliza is not just beautiful outside, but she is inside as well. I hope one day I get the chance to meet her at a ComicCon or something of the like because she is such an inspiration to her fans.
